The return of the POTM Competition is here and we have seen some amazing cards pulled this month but these are the top of the crop and it's going to be a tough one to vote because of the great choices.

Thanks to all those that put in their nominations, this poll will close on Monday 17th at 09:45 AM and all votes are kept private.

Good luck. :v:

KD /5 for me!
Sweet looking in card action!

But great pulls all round guys. Would love that Wilt gold piece though!!!

Here's a little known fact about Alex English: he led the NBA in scoring in the 1980s. That's right, most points scored for the decade. That's a pretty amazing achievement. Imagine pulling a logoman of a player of that class! ;)

Ok now that I'm through blatantly trying to influence votes, I would just like to say that this comp is fantastic for the hobby and I hope to be a part of many more to come. Cheers maso, all others who helped create/revive the comp, and to all the guys donating the prizes. Great job!

Magic is the card I'd most like to have in my collection so it gets my vote. Nice cards all round.

I think a 2 week poll is too long considering we will have more polls for the drawn winners, this September comp will go into November at this rate so I might change it to a 1 week poll next month.

Or I can just count up the votes after 1 week and announce the winners then.

Why not call the first round of voting Friday, that's one week if I'm correct? Then give one more week for draws and see if can't be ironed out by then.
If not perhaps a random.org might be in order, I have considered the unfair argument but if after 2 weeks there is still no clear vote to distinguish a winner then I think random is fair enough and anyone who wins anything would (should ;)) be grateful to win anything anyway.

I'll end it on Sunday night then I will take a screen shot of the votes and post it in this thread, any votes after this time will not be counted. In the case of a draw I will open a new thread for a week to determine these winners, I don't like the idea of random although it is a fair option.

This is an error on my behalf, I should have made the poll up to last a week rather than two weeks so all polls in the future will be one week.

Sorry guys.:v:
