Paypal help?

I have sold some cards to another member on this sit and they payed for the cards straight away using paypal 3 day's ago. When I go to my paypal account I have not received any money from the buyer but when I contacted the buyer they have told me that the funds have been sent but from there end it states funds not claimed. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to claim the funds so I can send the cards to the buyer.

I hope what I have written makes sence.

I had this happen once and the seller had given me the wrong paypal address so it sat there unclaimed. Get them to confirm the paypal address the money was sent to.

That's EXACTLY what happened to me and they had put a wrong letter in the address.
Get them to cancel the payment and send again copying & pasting the address you gave them.
