remind me what these paypal codes do again, i know they save you money but how exactly?

just like a voucher.....

somehow PayPal release these "vouchers" (codes) and when people use them they get a discount (% or straigh $ discount).

Helps when buying something high-end!!!!

Only thing, althought they have an expiry date, they also have a usage expiration.... well I tried to use a "current" one but it'd been used too many times...?????

well why this paypal code is getting more difficult to get... I found this code: CHEER but it only work on EBAY UK. DAMN!!
