Panini Redemption Replacement

Hi,

Thought I'd post this for other collectors' reference. Got sent some replacements for redemptions that were never fulfilled.

They were to replace:
2015-16 Prizm Veteran Signatures
Bradley Beal /150
Bradley Beal /25
Kawhi Leonard /150

Only got sent 2 cards which is puzzling. Anyway......
