Haha thats like a sticker licker i know, The company he works for have told hm HE HAS TO give out AT LEAST 10 fines on any given day in a private car park... feel kinda sorry for him, s often most people do the right thing and he panicks at the end of the day thinking thy will fire him for not gettin his target..
