What do you call a player on a team with the best record in their conference averaging 23.6ppg, 8.4rpg and 9.7apg while shooting 50% fg? Anyone else not named LeBron, they would be a hands down MVP front runner. But he's been so good for so long that those numbers don't even raise an eyebrow.

I think he's definitely putting a bit more effort in with all the other gaudy stats getting around. He did say he wants the MVP trophy back.

I think Bron needs to increase his scoring by a couple of points to really make an impression on the voters. Westbeast and Harden are putting up ridiculous numbers out there but at best, they're looking at the fourth seed in the West and that goes against whatever precedence that has been set in the past few years. You can't give it to Steph or KD, I don't think, because they cancel each other out and they were expected to win, and win big. So, I just can't see how else can LeBron possibly not win this year if the current standings and stats hold up. Russell and Harden will steal a few votes but ultimately it's going to be LeBron hoisting that trophy in my opinion.

You win 1,000,000 internet points, sir.

Daniels 23pts in 19mins at the half but topped by Lou Williams 28pts in 15 mins

Grizz have a 3 on 1 fast break and kick it out to Daniels for a 3. What a time to be alive lol

Westbrook - 28pts 17reb 12ast - W - 5th straight trip dub
AD - 37pts 15reb - L
Cousins - 36pts 12reb 4ast - L
Blake Griffin 24pts 16reb 5ast - L

Notables -

Kyle O'Quinn - off the bench again - 4pts 9reb 4blk 13mins - W
Rudy Gay - on a mission to get stock up and get traded - 22pts 9reb 4ast 3stl - L
Buddy Hield - 16pts 4reb 15mins - L

Teams are starting to triple team Embiid as soon as he gets the ball - going to have to adapt to that instead of turn it over or force up a shot every time. Nuggets are swarming him.

Klay Thompson 40pts in the 1st half - now has 50pts with 6mins to go in 3rd (24 mins playing time) but that's about all he should get because Warriors are up 30 on Pacers
