Need help with this card

Started to sort out a stack of 1996 league cards and came across this card featuring Wayne Richards from the Illawarra Steelers. It has been signed but I have nothing to compare it against to test authenticity.

If anyone can help me out I would be great full, in addition, it is available to any ole Steelers fans out there.

I've got the Knights 1997 grand final t-shirt with pre-printed signatures on the back ... and it does look like a neater version of that. So if he signed it in a hurry, I'd say that is genuine.
