CARDS TO BE PACKAGED AS STATED:
penny sleeves 2 cards per sleeve sticky tape at top so cards dont fall out
inbetween 2 top loaders sticky taped at the top so sleeves dont come out
protected by STRONG cardboard with sticky tape round it so cards dont fall out and get damaged
and then to be sent in a BUBBLE MAILER only
according to oct rules u package cards this way failure to do this results in bad feedback
