Do you know what the process is for claiming such a thing? I actually have the break on video for proof.

Missing Hit Update:
After sending an email to topps with all the supporting information on the weekend I received a reply email today.

"Thank you for your email. Your request has been forwarded for processing. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your missing hits to arrive."

Now I wonder what they will send me. Any guesses?

Technically you should probably be getting an Auto/Relic.

From past experiences, Topps are pretty good with sending the correct hit out. And at least they are fixing the problem!

However, who knows
