jimboner OzCardTrader Feedback - 100% 7 0 0 Feb 4, 2023 #2 It'd be a promo card sent to retailers. I've got a couple of DPS that are the same (unsigned/unnumbered). In more recent times they have "Promo Card" on the card, but maybe they weren't doing that yet in 1996.
