there used to be a newsagency at the end of the mall that did 6-8 years ago, not sure if they still do though.

News Agency on Liverpool St (near the burnt down myer building). It is upstairs with all the comics and stuff. I can't rememebr the name cause they changed it once. It has a yellow sign.
but they are mostly old and expensive per packet. and VERY SMALL CHOICES like you will be dissapointed (unless things have improved from 6 months ago I was there).

a few people on this site sell them. I can't remember all their names.
There is
nwcardsupplies from the USA
gemini0928 from syd sells magnetics etc..
allstar-inc sells boxes (maybe the other stuff you want)
westroit also sells some sorta stuff (mainly boxes I think).
