1920-21 McIntyre Australian Champion Eleven cricket cards.
Set of 15 found on McIntyre milk, nut milk and vanilla flavoured cake packets.
Extremely rare lot of cards.
I have for sale a nearly complete set of 14 which includes the following players
• H.L Collins
• H.S Carter
• W Bardsley
• W.W Armstrong - missing card
• T.J Andrews
• J.M Gregory
• H.L Hendey
• C.G Macarthney
• A.A Mailey
• E.R Mayne
• J.M Taylor
• J.S Ryder
• C.E Pellew
• W.A Oldfield
• E.A McDonald
Originally they were meant to be cut off the cake packet 51mm x 91mm but my Grandfather cut them down to 51mm x 70 mm to fit into the card album. I don't know how this affects the value of the cards.
1 of the cards is in as new condition
9 of the cards are Very good condition
3 are in fair condition
The colour is still extremely bright and vibrant on the cards.
Photos are a true and correct representation of the cards.
As stated earlier this is a very rare lot of cards and I can only price it against the only other one I have found. They are asking $4500 for the complete set of 15 and being 51 mm x 71mm. Condition not as good as mine.
I am not going to ask that amount but I am asking for $2000 ono
If I am way off the mark please let me know but not just so you can get this heaps cheaper
