Hey Guys,

It has been a very quiet off season personally, have added a few bits and pieces to my collection but looking at new projects to keep the passion alive.

Went to Sandown and Card Grading Australia had a stall set up, where I decided to drop off one of my purchases from the day for grading. Pretty happy with the overall experience and results!

Decided to put together an unpeeled 2012 sticker set


Picked up some promos thanks to Select


2008 Blue Foil Signature Set


Hurley Teamcoach Promo


Scanlens Set (thanks to banana for organising)


Moving onto some Draft Pick Signatures


Thanks to ooneil I was able to complete the Draft Prospects Preview Set (already had the Kavanagh & Wingard Promos)



It wouldn't be a mailday without some Nick O'Brien cards



Finally, the card I got back from CGA. Really pleased with the overall experience. The communication was good and the end product is fantastic. I will definitely get more cards graded in the near future

Cheers Cody! It normally costs about $7-8 to get a card graded, but they were doing 10% off at Sandown. Best to check their website.

I'm planning on bringing more cards to get graded at the Sandown show in June. I think it's worth it to drop a card off at the show, because you get a discount and don't have to pay to post your cards to them. Also, if they're staying in your PC, why not pay a bit more to get it graded and slabbed instead of having it in a one touch magnetic holder.
 
if anyone is keen to send some in maybe we could do it as a group to make it cheaper?
 
Thanks for the comments guy! It would actually be more expensive to get a group share going because everyone would have to post to the organiser or main guy?
Best to get 1-2 cards graded, and see if you like it.
