Ive got a guy who hasnt paid for his shit, hannahmiller or something, he won about 4 of my mystery lots, (which are good actually!) but he hasnt paid for a month since he won the first one...Ive had zero communication since about 3 weeks ago when he said he'd pay...he went from like not much feedback to high 20s...and has actually bought HEAPS from a lot of you guys...Ive had to file a non paying bidder report...this sucks, I just wanna sell the friggen cards!

He was a bit of a newbie bidding on anything and everything.

Took him a while (couple of weeks to a month) to reply to emails and pay.

Still have not received payment for one of the cards...

same, he bid on one of my cards and won last week, sunday will be a week. I've tried to communicate with him but he won't reply. Today, I looked at my ebay and said he is no longer a registered user. May I ask what I should do as I have not a clue cause I'm a newbie on ebay. Help will be deeply appreciated.

unfortuately its a lot of time wasting for me, like having to contact constantly, etc etc, I'll be leaving a neg very shortly Im thinking...dont wanna do it to a newbie or anything, but sometimes its a harsh lesson...Im glad I didnt decide to already pack or post the items prior to payment like I do sometimes!

oh shit, I didnt know he was now NARU

go to dispute console in my ebay and follow the instructions then...

he might be NARU because of my file for non payment?

Ooooh crap,

I gave him pos feedback for one of the items by mistake (the one he hasnt paid for...) :(

Haven't sent the others yet, what do i do??

keep your cards, file for a final value credit, ebay sends him a stern email saying pay or else, if he doesnt you get your ebays fees back and credit to relist the item...usually a few days process...

he has like 102 positive feedback in like 1 month....obviously spent way too much

I think I did better in my first month :D

btw, thanks for the advice trey

hehe pretty easy to do...and probably lose track of all the shit ur supposed to pay etc....but really if you're gonna bid, you should be able to pay the second the item ends...

Marty, what's a NARU? I sorta thought No Longer Registerd Member.... but not sure??

Isnt there some way you can get a phone number from Ebay to ring them???

Worth a try.

But your'e right, if ya gonna bid, u gotta pay....

yeah I would, especially now he's NARU

what sucks is all the comments made from peeps on here are all glowing for the guy, so he's probably not all that bad! might have decided he didnt wan our shit, and not knowing what ebays like, might have thought he could ignore us and we'd go away?

he bought a shit load of my cards about 2 and a half weeks ago and i finally got in contact with him two days ago he said he had been on holidays???:) so i'll see if he pays me if not a BIG Negative going his way

whats with people like going on holidays and leaving something like that outstanding? like pay people first, then go on holidays...not too hard

Im done with it, once I get my credit, its a neg and relist

i filed an unpaid payment and I recieved the final value credit. Is there a way to recieve the insertion fee for that item? or does that mean I lose my insertion money?

You have to be strict with Ebay pricks.

I only wait the minimum time required before I file a non-paying alert (is it 10 days?). Then, you have to wait another 10 days before you get a refund on your final sale fees.

Pain in the arse when it happens.

Don't be sympathetic with ANYONE on Ebay. If they can't fucking pay in good time - then don't fucking bid!!!! Call them out as non-payers and get them banned - like they should be.

(I've dealt with a few morons and still have 100% positive Ebay feedback).
