Hi guys, I would appreciate everyone's opinion on what feedback to give in this case.

I bought a collectable Toy Story mini figurine to complete my little son's collection a couple of weeks ago. The seller put it in a clip seal bag and then into a small bubble envelope. It arrived with 1 leg snapped off.

I complained and after 3 days, the seller replied and offered to send another one. 8 days later, it finally arrived, packaged the exact same way, and again, 1 leg was snapped off.

I only paid $4 for the item, but does that make a difference? The seller was stupid enough (IMO) to send a replacement the exact same way and with the same outcome. Now more than 2 weeks down the track and I still have no item to show for the money.

I sent the seller an email 2 days ago asking for a refund, but I am yet to hear anything.

Is this worth a negative? If not, what about a neutral?

In my opinion you purchased an item and recieved a broken one....I think Australians go too easy on sellers sometimes....
