nice win for my main man lebron and the heat! celtics will bounce back though and their depth will find a way to make it close or win the next game! as much as i hate the celtics they are too good and too deep not to make a run and make it 7 games! shaq will make a little bit of difference but not hugely...garnett probably needs to be a little more assertive offensively, bosh needs to as well as james jones wont be averaging 25 points a game for the series!!! i dont think pierce was wronged in anyway, he needs to control himself and not get caught in the heat (haha no pun intended!) of the moment, this is going to be an awesome series and if the heat can just defend their home court...we are in the nba finals baby!!!

I am not just picking one variable. I would put money on Bosh delivering sub season average being guarded by the likes of KG then I would on Jones giving you those numbers every night. I could also reverse it and say KG and Rondo arent going to give you the sucky games they had every night that they did in game one. My main point I guess is I see Boston having more upside after this game than I do for Miami.

Heat still need to protect home court, this first win means little if they split the series. Boston will undoubtedly make some changes defensively and James Jones is not going to go off again. I llike Joel Anthony being out there and chasing after rebounds, changing shots and boxing out, Miami needs to give him a bigger role in this series. Bibby was crap as usual, can the guy make an open jumper anymore??? Frustrating.

Boston will make changes, but the Heat have so many weapons it's going to be good seeing how Boston tries to change it up in Game 2.
Wade might not go for 30+ again, but LeBron might. Or Bosh might outplay Garnett for 20 or something like that. Love this. Pick your poison Green folk.

wow this series feels like the NBA Grand Final!! And its not even the eastern conference finals yet! I wasn't able to watch the game but all day i was streessing over who won, unfortunatly didn't turn out well for me but the Celtics will come back, after all ... It's only game 1.

And It wasn't C fans that were saying that, it were just ppl that didn't go for Miami lol, I said this game would go to 5 or 6 games in the end. And yeh James Jones and Wade were huge reasons why they won the game, my opinion is I don't think James Jones will keep that 25+ points up every game but I do think he will get at least 15, this guy deserves more playing time and more respect, this guy is the man! Sort of hate him since he beat Ray Allen and Paul Pierce in the 3 point comp HaHa!Watched the second double tech many times and I think Pierce got ejected because of him not being able to control himself. Wade wont have a chance to control his movement chasing Allen at the time. Pierce must have a heavy warning from the refs on the first tech when he got into Jones' face... Semi-Headbutt!!!
