Very very odd, I remember this and thought at the time he was the victim.
Time will tell, or have the charges been dropped ?

Last link was most recent link I saw. Sounds like ongoing or about to be dropped. If its been this long they mustn't have much evidence!

hes always been shady though, he was kicked out of the league for a year and released by the hornets for drug use
