How the fk is G (Cherry) starting to have fault put on him by some members...? He has had the card since before this happened to Bolli, it is his card until the debt is paid off. Steve did something fraudulent by selling a card he didn't have in his possession to Bolli.

G has no fault in this at all, yes, common sense says he keeps Bolli informed about any contact from Steve, but other then that, it has nothing to do with Cherry... The card is his as a pay to pay for goods... what Steve did after that is not his fault/problem....

Bolli deserves to get back what is his... but Doesn't Cherry have as much of a right to claim back his lost monies???

It's not G's fault that Steve used a card as collateral and then tried to sell said card to another person. He does deserve to get the money owed to him, but don't you think that Steve should be the one paying off Steve's debt to Cherry, not Bolli?

The sad truth is that Steve dragged Bolli into something which should never have involved Bolli in the first place. Paying off Steve's debt for the card is a massive kick in the balls to Bolli.
I just think if I was in G's position I would try and work something out with Steve such as an exchange of collateral so I could get the card to Bolli and then deal with Steve's debt.

That's just my opinion of what I think I would try and do in G's position, I'm not judging G in anyway though Ian, be assured of that
G has to do what he's gotta do, he also got dragged into a deeper hole by Steve.

Exactly, Steve dragged Bolli in... G already had said card as collateral/payment for Steve's debt, then Steve does the Wrong thing and sells said card to Bolli without Bolli knowing it was in G's hands and without G knowing!

Unfortunately they are 2 totally different transactions/situations..... Steve has done Bolli over royally!!!!!!! Bolli deserves to have everything back and be compensated for his pain/suffering/trouble!!

Absolutely - but i was not my intention to put fault on Cherry. Im just not sure why the heck Bolli would come to the rescue and pay out the money Steve owes G only to still be out of pocket with Steve.

My question was more relating to how does it effect him from a legal standpoint if he now owns the card that he has reported as being involved (allegedly) in a fraud. At this stage Steve does not deserve to be let off the hook.

This Steve Sounds like a real Flog. Couldn't care less if he's fallen on 'hard times' in his personal life. There's no excuse for the way he has acted. Fair dinkum if he lived in the same neighbourhood as me, ID freaking pay him a visit on your behalf Bolli. Deadset I would.

What I want to know is how Cherry is in OUR community, but never has to write anything up on the boards for feedback? He uses the boards to broadcast and recruit for his breaks, and never do I see anything ever traded or posted in the trade section.

You would think that IF this was very legit on Steves and Cherrys part, you would find a thread or something. To me, that is what the boards are for, to keep people honest. Yes, Bolli didnt make a thread with Steve, but where is Cherry helping the community by creating threads that everyone else lives by? And if he does not have to live by it, why is he here?

I see this as a total cluster **** with one person getting got, and two others laughing all the way to the bank. Steve is dirty, however Cherry in my book has gotten a pass for way to long.

End of rant!

Wish there was a dislike button for some of the stuff on these boards.
Cherry is a registered business what they do in their own time off the boards should not have to be put in a thread. thats just my opinion anyway. I'm sure Grayson is not "laughing all the way to the bank" but simple breaking even for what he was already owed .

and i find it hard to believe that people with post counts <50 are passing judgement on the issue.

i still cant believe that this thread has manifested into such a huge debarkle. there are 3 parties to the story.
the first few inital posts were warrented to get some info and whatnot.
the next 500 or whatever, not so.

people offering to 'fix' steve up, clearly dont know the moral and ethics of the wider population on OCT.
this type of behavior needs to piss off else where.

i dont care if you have been here forever or 3 days.
violence, whether seriously threatened or not is un-needed.

im also in favour for MODS to close this. its getting no-where and the issue should be sorted thru PMs to prevent people who clearly dont know the circumstances and all the details posting.

just let bolli, steve and grayson sort it out.
everyone else needs to let these guys run the course.

i know everyone has their 2c, but some people are just posting for the sake of it.

Yeah sometimes I give my 2 cents when it's probably not needed. Although I felt I had a justifiable feeling about Bolli's last post and that feeling warranted a reply to him. Prob could have PM'd though.

I think a Thread like this is very important to hear many different opinions and specially to warn/learn for Deals in the future.

In my opinion Cherry didn't do anything wrong (of course I don't know him and maybe there is something strange but the future will show what kind of guy he is!). And when I hold the card in my hands I'll be very happy.

Buddies, what should I do? When I send payment to Cherry and get the card then I lost $2000! When I don't do that then I'll loose $4500 => What's better?

I'm more than sure that I never will get something from Steve. He is a dirty man because he catched me with sentence of Honor & Friendship (I hope you understand what I try to explain). So I think it's the best to finish this horror show. I have to trust Cherry and I'm sure that he will send the card to me next week.

So Steve gets his debt paid for, and he is free... he must be rubbing his hands together!! NO way in hell will you see any money once you have the card... just dont understand why you (bolli) have not made a formal recorded case with the Victorian police. If you can afford to pay out $2000 for a crooks debt, then i am sure $50 worth of international phone calls are not going to be to much of a hassle.
