Hah! $5k is Too steep tho. $5k in 09 is a solid offer but in todays time. Naughh. I bet $12k he will let go. Unless sentimental value or something that keeps him holding that card. But for $12k for sure he will let go.

Yeah, that's when I made the offer.

$5k for that back then was reasonable but I'm predicting around $10k now.
