After reviewing upperdeck, eBay listings, completed listing... that's no longer a rookie auto patch for me.. i may have been wrong, but i am only asking a partial refund.. Cath can relist anytime she wants....
but would you buy exquisite without a patch?? I am a bit superstitious with cards.. if a card has marks or badly crease mark, i don't care how much it is worth, i will just throw it away (which i did many times).. when a card is altered or ruined.. i will not keep it, because i fail to maintain an original condition of the cards... This card has no fabric while it's stated auto/patch.. I would not want to keep it.. even if i do not get a refund.. She can at least sell to Rafeal's fans later.. instead of me throwing away an exquisite auto because of not having a patch.... ????? Actually, after Cath messaged me back that's how she received the card.... i already replied thanks to Cath and told my GF to dispose the card.. My GF told me, it is actually a nice looking card.. probably the seller can take it back and sell to those who collect Rafeal.. if we ask for a partial refund.. So, i message Cath for refund possibility.
i am still waiting upperdeck's feedback, but i doubt it will come anytime soon.. they are not reliable as we all know....
I wasn't arguing about authenticity of the card.. I truly believe Cath received the same condition as it is.. That's exactly why I am only asking her to allow me to return for partial refund.. I know her time, listing fees and commission fees are worth more than entire value of the card...
I can always see many people crtisizing about fleer auction cards and those dodgy sellers when they receive the cards as a buyer.. I just don't get it.. today, buyer is trying to rip a seller story.. even seller is saying it's not..
This is my saddest $18 i ever spent in Australia..... i know, it was all my fault asking for refund.. i should stick with my first instinct..
