Problem is they see an adult wanting signatures and some just think you are there to make a dollar. They think you work together so yeah I signed for you “lot”. I will try and distance myself where possible so not to get lumped all together. One ex nrl player always asks how much will you get for these on eBay? I always say nothing they are for my own collection. His reply is always yeah right and laughs.

Do it to the wrong card and it's worth less. Not sure they'd like to hear that, but it's the truth. Personally I only like the certified autos but I totally get that there is a demand for an in person auto or TTM.
I still think that if you are an athlete and you are going to sign autos than try to sign for as many punters as you can. Not 10 cards for one bloke and then hop it. And certainly not say " yeah right" to someone. That's a shocker.

Yeah, if you're going to sign it, sign it. Do it in good faith. At least they don't charge you for it as seems to be the US trend.

I'm in the car coming back from the vet and there is this awesome card i want for a great price. I am going to bid with 3 seconds to go.
I notice the 5g and 4g are switching as the countdown is on and of course, with 3 seconds to go, i press confirm bid and it just hangs there.
I miss out on the card and it goes $50 less than i was willing to pay and had bid.

Had a child purchase a card off me on eBay for the whopping total of $2.50 on Sunday.
Abusive message at 4pm today asking when I was going to mail it out. Responded back an hour later advising I'd just sent it and the post office was not open on Sunday.
Message back asking if I had a photo of the card I had just put in the post box for him. Told him I hadn't as I'd just posted it.
Now saying he doesn't want it anymore and has left negative feedback. Fuck that.

the flip side of this story happened to me just last week..
hit B.I.N on a rediculous low priced Bo Jackson PSA card and payed immediately
seller sends me message saying he miss priced it - instead of $50 he put $5
he then followed up by saying " its his mistake and he will cop it"
he sent the following day
Stand up seller (Ebay- patnak28) who stands by his word and is a credit to the hobby.
