Best piece of advice is let others break down the boxes and buy up the singles you need at a fraction of the cost of a case.
My thoughts
I collect parallel cards such as 460 & HP and mine main gripe is that I will not be able to purchase singles as cost would be way too much,
2019 I purchased a complete set of HP...and to be honest it left me feeling flat becausing collecting is not about the set so much but more about the hunt..
I have been collecting some thing or another for about 60 years, 1996 I collected NBA Upper Deck roughly about $240 a box,,I was missing 1 card it took me approx 18 months before I found it at a cost of $1 but the satifaction I felt was unbeliable..That's what collecting is about..The Hunt

If your selling break spots for 40bucks a spot that works out at 720 a box and 8640 a case so even if your buying a case for 4000 , your still going too double your money

I don't blame resellers select allowed for cash grabbing, Select didn't even make 30% available to the public, that's the issue.

Have they ever though? Apart from supremacy I haven’t seen select push this hard to buy through there website, resellers would normally buy more than the 70% that’s been said they got, they should have had more available which would mean resellers got even less or left it as is and let resellers buy whatever I can’t remember anyone having dramas getting boxes when it was done that way

There are still 6,300 boxes though, right? So it's not like the cards aren't there. We shall see I guess, but I think they will be gettable.

Dominance 2020 is the third AFL release for Select in 2020.
The 2020 Dominance series continues with the second half of the Captain’s Signature Series from the sold out 2019 Dominance Series.
2020 Dominance also revealed the third card in the Generation Next series featuring 'The Kennedys' - John and Josh Kennedy.
The series also includes the continuation of the Dominance card series, Players Ink Signatures, Draft Pick Signatures, High Flyers and the reintroduction of the AFL/VFL Commemorative Premiers cards and the popular and very limited Influential cards.
The series was released on Thursday 3rd September 2020.

I’ll be honest guys, this exact thing happened back in Feb/Mar with NBA boxes and is still happening!

If you want to get some affordable AFL boxes now is the time to do it as I did this with NBA boxes and then saw them continue to rise and rise. What will happen from here is breakers will break and break and then when Dominance runs out they will turn to the older product to bust and make a profit on.

I am done with AFL for now but I am still going to buy some older product while I can as I see the same thing happening to AFL sealed boxes that has happened to NBA sealed boxes......go try and find a factor sealed NBA box from previous years and see what they cost now.......the prices are insane and they are here to stay! Especially during the “Breaker era”.

We had the junk wax era and now we have the Breaker era so get in while you can!

2017 Select Certified is all gone now.......2016 Select Certified WILL sell out next......So get in while you can!

confirmed? The breakdown on Select website makes it look like there are only non-sig case cards.

Yes but the 2016 and 2017 Certified pack was not sold out......until today
