it does not say that, it says "gold green autos?"

with " ? " being the key....

like i said, what if he has just mixed it in and it was just bad luck?
What i am saying i you don't know for sure, and he has not FALSELY listed them saying it as a sealed box and had not been searched etc. so has done nothing wrong legally, and making allegations as you have CAN land you in hot water.

I say deal with it, and dont buy loose packs of ebay again and you cant go wrong...

there are much worse scammers out there on ebay to worry about and be wary of!
 
yeh he did because i sent him a message LOL i sent him:

hi, just wondering are these from a sealed box or are they left overs from a opened box..cheers

he then responded with:
Dear cats_fan26,

l brought these packets from a dealer.. i got 500 packets one person brought 50 packets of me and only got one green signature. so l would say they have been searched.

hmmm yet he shill's them up......
 
oh thats fine by me, im not doing wrong i was genuinely asking him about them......
i did notice them the other day but i myself no better then that to buy them, so i just curiously asked him, if there is people on here who have nothing better to do then to be a snitch let them :)

Be pretty hard to bring 50 packets of someone... Anyway its terrible if he is knowingly selling packets from searched boxes but can't say i am surprised, i'm sure the lure of money is too much for some people out there.
 
I bought draft prospects off him few months back and he was fantastic!! Sent them quick and card was as usual in 100% condition. These packs have been first problem but I'm the silly one for buying them. I shoulda known these packs were searched

He is selling green and gold autos too so he must of got some cases. There left over packs , even homer Simpson would know that

Says it all right there, he searched them and he can sue me if he wants. I will call him a thief and call him out if he wants to reply here.

You have been selling for years on ebay, and I don't think you are STUPID enough to buy a 500 pack lot of loose packs from a dealer, give me your store address and I will happily come to your store and tell you the same thing.
