what is a bump ?

hey i am new to ozcardtrader and evryone says BUMP on there threade so could someone please let me know if you know

By responding to your own thread, you make it 'bump' back up to the top of the list. People just write bump because that is what they are doing.
You can only do it once every 24hours.

This thread reminded me of the last time I saw someone ask this question and how it cracked me up when I read the responses!

Another handy tip.... use the 'reply' button on the bottom right corner when responding to someone. That way it alerts them that you have replied

And, just for laughs, these were my favourite responses last time this was asked:
