What are penny sleeves and thick top loaders

What are penny sleeves and thick top loaders and where can you buy them? Advice please?

I posted this request a few minutes ago and the thread was closed obviously because of my bad grammar. I asked "what are penny sleeve" instead of the plural what are "what are penny sleeves". I do apologise to the grammar police for my error but have no idea what are “penny sleeves” and “thick top loaders”. The reason I am posting this in this forum is that I read the post on how package cards and both “penny sleeves” and “thick top loaders” are unfamiliar phrases.
