Just found this on a football forum I post on, shows a pretty good clear view of the whole episode. BTW, it was mentioned on that forum that apparently through lip-syncers help, they've found out that Matterazzi calleed his sister "an Albanian whore" twice, and said "she likes it up the ass", pretty much. Not sure if that was the whole conversation, but yeah, from that I think he deserved the head-butt and a fair bit more... Anyway, here's the vid:
