It’s hard to believe that almost an entire week has passed since Panini America Hockey Brand Manager Chris Barr captivated the collecting masses with another vaunted takeover of the Panini America Twitter account for last week’s must-see packout of 2013-14 Prime Hockey. If you’re like most of us inside Panini America HQ, you haven’t stopped drooling in the six days since — and for good reason.

Simply, Prime Hockey is one of the most patchtastic hockey products ever created every season, a perpetual bar-raiser full of shock and awe. For the grand-finale 2013-14 edition, that seems to be especially so. But before we show you more than 80 of the additional reasons why, a quick recap of the highlights from last week’s Twitter takeover.

Here’s our case of Prime from today. Hope yours is this much fun! #PrimeIsComing pic.twitter.com/rHKRf7YjQN

And to think, those are highlights culled from just three Tweets. Trust us when we tell you, there are plenty more. 2013-14 Prime Hockey — which releases Wednesday — delivers at least seven cards per pack (although most will have eight), with at least four of those featuring autographs, memorabilia or both.

We’ll have plenty more to cover on 2013-14 Prime Hockey right here on The Knight’s Lance in the coming days. But until then, feast your hungry eyes on the rest of the results from last week’s packout process.

Enjoy.
