Has anyone else felt that this years traders has been very quite & low key with the release and cards for sale in general..?

I have noticed that the cards I am looking for haven't popped up much at all. Seems like its taking a lot longer for certain cards to hit the secondary market.

not as many flogging it, some have stopped, dealers are not putting them out there on ebay.
a lot more confusion as to whats in what boxes etc.

I think most collectors have come to the realisation that prices drop significantly on the secondary market after 4-6 weeks.
That being said, if more collectors adopt this method, there will be less busting / product and prices for singles may not drop as low.

I've noticed too. I still haven't seen a single Raiders predictor or John Bateman sig card anywhere.

I wonder if they'll still redeem the predictors for something if the season gets cancelled.
It's also possible that there's no Elite if this disrupts the season too much.

I guess Elite could be effected even if the season goes ahead with no disruptions as the cards are made in China

Plenty will welcome the break from cards
My feeling is that they will proceed with the design etc for a few weeks and then release it at a later date before Christmas?
One idea is that you make all signatures redemptions which still allows the product to be produced and released but no pressure on rushing to get cards signed. Send the cards out to the players and have them sign and return when possible.
This whole situation has gone from Wednesday last week where everything was going on as normal, to a situation where pretty much every major sporting event has been shut down.
While I think we have a little way to go, who knows we could be back up and running in a month and continuing on like nothing happened?

Even just getting photos for the cards will be hard if the season is postponed in the next week or two.

I’ve got 2 Raiders Predictor cards. That said, I’ve noticed there are not many around.
What are the 16 Platinum cards?
Maybe they could support Australia and get them made here ?
