HoSpend $$ and time to accumulate - I didn't do much box breaks - just buy the cards I want from eBay and from forums.

As for BGS - I did 5 submissions for grading (buy a jewellers loop and check if cards are worthwhile sending for grading 1st) - I like my cards encapsulated in a case rather than one touch or top loaders.
