Got out of jail against NO. Was up by as much as 12 but was down 6 with 2mins to play and could not buy a bucket. Gay manages to roll an open mid range jumper home...after it touched every little bit of the ring. Young then gets to the line and hits 2 FTs. And then DeMarcus steps up and backs Oden down for a bucket. Game tied, my ball, 28 seconds left. Looking for an opening, Oden goes for a Cousins pump fake and he steps in and knocks down the mid range jumper to lead by 2 with 6 seconds left. The D holds out Gay was on fire early. Every time I did something, he'd be standing there by himself so I'd simply pass it to him and the easy bucket.

Close game against Miami. Lots of lead changes. Cousins came through in the clutch using his size and strength advantage against Greg Monroe to back him down for 2 on consecutive plays when I needed guaranteed points. Managed to get myself about 30 hours ahead of schedule now...cept for a game with James that looks like it may get simmed since he's no where to be seen and it's due in a couple of hours.

I think the reason I keep losing is because I don't shoot a million 3's like others. Game is a little boring when Its nothing but 3 after 3 after 3.

If I don't have any other shot and you leave my 3 shooters open on the perimeter, then what am I going to do? Force it inside?

Yer, you can't ignore the 3-ball this year (unless 2k make adjustments in a future patch as there is a lot of complaining going on from the community)

In previous years i would switch to the C and defend manually downlow due to the cheese in the paint. This year you can't as your CPU defenders tend to sag off the SF, SG, PG when they are not in possesion. Even if i change the defensive settings to play tight they still seem to sag off enough so that the when a pass hits them they have just enough space for it to be considered a wide open shot.

I gotta say whats even more annoying then the 3's.... its the 4th quater "comebacks" 5 or 6 games now been well in control going into the home stretch
then all of a sudden i chuck up brick after brick open or not.

Meanwhile AI cant miss

Anyone had the chance to play Wombat yet (Minnesota)? Looks like he throws up about 30 a game....and that's just with Korver.

yeah wombat loves his 3's lol and can you blame him lol korver is lethal from outside , i tend to play hard d and let the open plays in offense but in saying that is does seem that the 3 point specialist just seem to be open

Well I had something like 20 3 point attempts to the half in the end...but if you're shooting 10/16 at one stage, why wouldn't you? I turned to the inside/mid range game in the 2nd half to not keep at him if he didn't like it. Finished up taking only 25 for the game, which is decent me thinks.

Other note, I can't get into the league!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everytime I select our league it opens my other league! What do I do to fix this problem? It only just started doing it right now!

Ok it appears the game has crossed my links...cause I open the league that is Michael's league (league ID 521..) and it opens my other league. Then when I open the other league, it still opens that league...

Next time I have time for a game, I'll get someone to invite me to an online game and see if I can get in that way to fix it. Otherwise, what would I do? Delete settings file and start again?

Weird, crap thing is you can't quit a league and rejoin it. Once you quit it won't let you come back.

I think i'm on your list of available games now so let me know when you'll be around for that and ill send the game invite through

Nailbiter v Phoenix for 2nd win against CPU.
One thing I've noticed (along with the open shots, which were many) When fouled in shot, the CPU will make the and 1.
They went to Amare for last shot, down by one. Gets fouled on a runner and thought it was over.
Not only did the shot tiptoe across the rim, He missed the first FT.
Ran down the court, Will Bynum to Dirk in mid-post, and classic Dirk step back FTW goes through after the buzzer 72-71

Don;t put any numbers. You only need to search using OCT. Then when you've found the league, you join and enter the password at that stage. Ignore the numbers!

I'll invite some of the usual reliable guys and see if we can put together a league with legs. Would like to see it last a decade which will take us close to the release of 2K13

Alright guys, so how do I contact Ronnie or someone about fixing this sh1t? Just tried multiple times to play a game with Giddles and each time as it tried to load the game/association so the game coukd start, it instead loaed my other online association and errored...this sounds a little serious!

Would deleting the Home Data file for 2k12 cause me to lose my other Online Associations?
