Means they're probably in the 5th - 10th best ranked teams to have. You do get all the hits from those teams, they're just some of the better ones to have. Not the absolute best like Cavs, Lakers, Blazers & Blazers, but in the next group of desirable teams.

Orlando is OK but probably in the bottom half/third...usually it's a question of which teams have either the key rookie cards in the product or superstar/legend hits. It's a pretty good consolation though if you're a Magic fan!
