Off to the States

Hi Guys,

Im off to the States early December and will be spending a couple of weeks in Washington.. On the way in, I was planning to stop over at LA for one night. Plan was to do a touristy thing during the day while watching the Lakers play at night. Anyone spent time in LA? Any suggestions about travelling to Staples Centre? Taxi/Train/Hire car? Best way to buy tickets?

Yay, me too. Im heading to New York for Dec, my 1st time over there. My dream to see Shaq will come true as Boston is playing in NY and New Jersey, and wiil see Lakers at New Jersey and Miami in New York. I found a few places to get tix but the best was from Stubhub, it had better seats. I went off the NBA site and there were not many close seats but on Stubhub we got right behind Knick bench so try there 1st.
