I want to purchase this card but obviously not anywhere remotely close to $400. How do i get a hold of the seller without having to add "sufficient funds" to my account? I'd simply just like to negotiate with him. Thanks in advance for any help.

Your only chance is to Google his username and hope he's on one of the many card forums or twitter under the same name.
