Jordan UD error card

I just saw this card - can you believe UD could have made an error like this??? And why would Jordon.....er sorry I mean Jordan still sign the card and then UD still release it? Someone must have been fired over this mistake!!

I bet jordan doesnt even look at the name, he just sees an image of himself (if that) and just signs it.
