swingman - stitched team graphics
replica - screen printed team graphics

Replica jerseys are just screen printed letter and numbers. Also, the shape over the shoulder is usually wider than a swingman/authentic

Swingman means it is made with 'printed' numbers and letters which are then sewn onto the jersey!

Authentic jerseys are FULLY stitched, meaning that each layer of the numbers and letters are stitched.

There are a few more differences too, but they are the most obvious.
