Please all beware of the following that is occuring on eBay currently and is tricking MANY collectors.

A seller is selling COPIED images of the card and not the actual card

ALL the auctions are for printed copies of the cards including JUDD Spx, Riewoldt, and Even Premiership commemorative cards

He has been reported to eBay but he is still trading at the moment, People need to beware of fine print in all auctions as these can be legally binding HOWEVER if they are trying to misrepresent or trick the buy you can take it up with eBay.

Userid : Thrillseekercards.

He has sold 9 x Chris Judd SPX Draft Pick cards in the last 3 days all for either $100 or $150 buy it now.

Point 6 of his Term and Conditions state ; 6). Buyer is bidding on only a printed picture of the mentioned card.

I know of 1 person who has bought the card and paid via Credit Card and then had no response to emails etc.

This same person is reporting it to Ebay and the Victoria Police.

Thanks

even if it's in the fine print if it's misleading you can still dispute it under your state fair trading legislation if it ever got that far ;)

I guess it's the buyers fault for not reading what they're bidding on.....

As for the copied material, it's a federal offence, so they can deal with that.

Just make sure you guys read the description properly. And what a dope for trying to rip some unsuspecting collector off.
