If we're including fight tournament movies, then I'll throw in Undisputed 3: Redemption.

Honest to god one of the best martial arts movies. Scott Adkins deserves to be a household name, like Van Damme and Lundgen.

And Isaac Florentine knows how to direct a fight scene, none of this jump cut nonsense that plagues a lot of martial arts films.

(while it stands alone just fine, it does follow on from Undisputed 2. Don't worry about Undisputed 1)
