I apologise if this belongs in the wanted forum, although at this stage I am just putting a list together. I have been searching for a Dan Hannebery Match Worn Guernsey Signature Card #/80 with a premium patch, e.g. featuring the Swans or AFL logo. I’ve been looking all over the internet especially here and this is the checklist I have put together:

I was hoping anyone who knows of the location of any others could please let me know. Obviously not all redemption cards may have been busted yet and some people may not share any images of theirs or be wanting to sell them.
