Do the memorabilia cards from TV series actually tell you what episode the piece came from so you can go back and check it out? Or do they just put some random piece of fabric that you have to trust came from the show?

That information hasn't released yet by Cryptozoic as far as my knowledge goes.

nothing on the possibility of an album. It seems unlikely - the manufacturer has asked for final orders and have not asked for orders for an album.
