Player tax rates (in relation to player deals and "tax free states")

@AminESPN: I think one of things about state income tax difference that gets lost in ppl is NBA players pay taxes for every state they play a game in

In other words, Dirk isnt paying zero state income tax by living in Dallas bec he pays tax for road games played in CA, NY, DC, IL, etc
