Anybody know the following eBay id - pauls-trading?

I bought some cards from him, and paid him on August 4th. I still have yet to receive the cards, and despite numerous messages through eBay, I have yet to hear anything from him as to when I may be receiving my cards.

Does anyone here know of him or how to contact him?
