I have two FF Bryce Gibbs I pulled from packets - never had a redemption card. Was it just he hadn't signed them all at the time?

Thats right when the cards were released there wasnt any signed cards in the packets just the redemption cards and when the cards came in they inserted the sigs at the ratio's they needed to be in
