hey, Im sure you're aware of this thread...can you asssit with any information on the user and how we can contact them, to get these cards to their rightful owner? http://www.ozcardtrader.com.au/community/threads/cards-for-sale-high-and-low-just-ask.180493/ thanks!

Cards for sale, high and low, just ask

Hi, I can confirm this list of cards makes up an order we shipped from our offices in early January. We have all the paperwork available here.

I'll just confirm what you said...the processing window has been extended to 2 weeks. Will it take two weeks to process and deposit your cards? Doubtful - it depends on the volume we're receiving...right now, we're receiving hundreds of Mailbox cards on a daily basis and to get that many done in...

If you want the cards identified, then submit a correction request and we'll identify them for you - also, we'll flag your account to know to identify any future Mailbox submissions.

For clarification, I'm just going to re-iterate what we stated in our recent mailing re: the Mailbox: We get lots of cards in holders, of one type or another. If the card holder (be it a toploader, one-touch, etc.) is pristine and clear and the Mailbox team is confident that scanning the card...

To let you know, those were the pictures we sent you when we initially received the cards via our Mailbox, and notified you of them being received. The cards were damaged when they were received by us, so your complaint would be with the people who sent the cards to us. Sorry for any inconvenience.

I'm just offering possibilities here - just send me an email ([email protected]) with the details and let me see what I can do to make this right for you.

If they were damaged in the same place, then there's a chance that the damage happened in transit. If the cards were damaged here, we'd have contacted you before shipping them.

Hi, just to clarify...are these cards that you're ordering from us and are arriving damaged? As far as I know, we don't ship out damaged cards.

Sorry, I don't have any information. There's no tracking, as it was shipped via Standard shipping. Some shipments can take longer than others...

That order shipped on January 13th, but we don't have any tracking information on it - sorry. And, that card was shipped to BGS on December 15th, so it should be back by February 15th, as the BGS service has a bi-monthly timeframe.

    Epic Delly Mailday :)

I would if I could, but I don't go anywhere near the cards here in the office. However, I will light a candle for you...then keep that lit candle away from all the cards. Because, you know...fire.

That card was sent off on November 17th, meaning it should be back (literally) any time now...thanks for your patience.

The BGS service is a bi-monthly thing, meaning it takes 2 months (on average) to get the cards back. These 3 should be back in the next week or so.

I don't have a ready answer for you - all I can do is pass this feedback along to the Mailbox team.

To be honest - we've been tossing this idea around for a year, maybe longer; some of us really want to do it, but the process and the logistics have kept us from really doing what we want to - also, the whole card catalog transition project put a lot of things on hold, including this idea...

Yea, as tempting as it is, I'm not going to make any jokes about this issue.

Once again, cards are removed at the discretion of the Mailbox staff. And, to quell any conspiracy theorists out there, there is no "black market" for used or discarded card holders being run by the Mailbox team. If the card gets pulled from the holder, it's for a good reason.

Send me an email with the card info - I'll see if I can get into the warehouse and take a look at the card.

We do accept them, but they would be processed as Premium cards, as they are over-sized items.

If a card was received on Saturday, the Mailbox team wouldn't see it until Monday, at the earliest. And, they'd be dealing with all the mail from Friday, Saturday, and Monday morning. So, it might not even get entered into the system until Tuesday, at the earliest. But, I am seeing a Mailbox...
