I had a similar issue with an Isaac Quaynor sig card and returned it to Select for a replacement. They seem to be really good in cases like this. It's clearly factory damage.

I've pulled 3 and all have been mint.

It's just a shame they are no good at football.

If I'm not sending registered I actually take a video of the stamped, addressed package going into the mailbox. That will not stop something going missing (which I agree is a very rare occurrence), but at least if it did the recipient would know I've done the right thing.
