Panini redemption's missing serial numbers?

Howdy all,

Got my first Panini redemption today, never redeemed one before, it was fast, tracked and well packed with no shipping costs, so all good, until I got the card.

Cardboardconnection.com and Beckett.com state the card is numbered to 25, however there is no serial numbering on the card, found a completed listing of the same card on ebay, which also isn't numbered, cant see any other from this set that are missing the serial number.

Is this complaint worthy? Or just to be expected with Panini?

Still love the card, but yeah feel it would impact it's resell value.

I'd be sending it back to panini at their cost. Otherwise who knows how many are in existence.

Not sure if the dig at panini is really necessary . They're actually incredibly good to work with if you gave them a chance.
I emailed the contact I have and here is his response

Yeah, We caught that a few ago that 2 different auto cards from that set went out unnumbered without us catching it back here in CS. If you can please tell anyone you know that has one they can send to address below and we will have them numbered and sent back out ASAP. Thanks

They were supposed to be numbered to 25 before they came to us in customer service and we did not catch they were not numbered and sent them out
