Has anyone used MyMallbox.com?

I'd like to use this service, however I think I'll wait another 6 months and see how everyone is feeling about things.
I'm not risking a rare Shawn Kemp card on a 'sometimes works' mail forwarding service.

COMC, whilst they have gone down the absolute sh1tter in costs and response time and postage and pizza parties at our expense etc.. they are still reliable.

What is the value of the rare Shawn kemps? If it is a certain amount I would never use mmb or comc and rather pay for straight postage to Oz. That said my 3rd package consisting of 3 cards (us$750)from two traders is on the way back due Tuesday.

Not happy @MyMallBox, one item short in my shipment that I received yesterday. 2nd issue I have had since using guys in such a short time. I know comc where a bit more expensive, but at least they didn't lose my cards. Even a refund wont change my mind, just want what i purchased and that's that...

I have a fair amount there atm. My main gripe is the cost to ship a whole bunch of one touches. I could have gone ebay gsp for $45 usd. I selected the package to check shipping through mmb and it was like $89usd with DHL or I think $109 through USPS...what the hell?
Needless to say i initially thought I would consolidate with all my cards etc but I don't know i want 11lbs of one touches crushing the sh!t out of my cards from the states to here.
So what is my point? If you're grabbing bulk one touches ebay gsp is def the "cheaper" option!
I am buggered as I don't want to pay $89 for DHL considering consolidation witb my other stuff is not a sensible option..but what am I gonna do with them otherwise???

I thought $33 USD to ship a box of Prizm Draft Football via USPS with no tracking was a lot...

I'd message @MyMallBox and see what they can do.

I would have thought buying locally would be a fairly cheap option. Not to mention getting in your hand quicker.

Wouldn't be much more surely, plus you'd be supporting a local business.

As a general rule they are more expensive but yes the convenience of having them in 10 or so days has value as opposed to a few weeks from the states. I usually buy through Ozcard if I need something asap like a box of 25 but when getting them for later use I grab them from OS. Besides most local sellers are buying from the states via eBay anyway. Why support (pay more) for what I can get myself??

Meh I might just relist them on ebay and cut my losses. Good lesson for next time!!

At least my missing card was just left in my suite. I recommend contacting them via twitter, much quicker responses on there compared to taking a ticket.

Has anyone had these messages on their USPS tracking and not update for days?

"delivery status not updated"

or

"business closed"

If so, were the items delivered eventually?

Yup. I had something arrive weeks ago and is in my shipments but has a status of business closed on ebay. Left with individual is another favorite USPS message of mine. Like they went up to the building and gave the parcel to the first random dude they saw. Business closed is always a weekend attempt. Will normally be dlvd on the Monday. One item received 2 weeks ago still has usps status of arrived at post office!!

I'm hoping its just the case of the items not being scanned in as I have 5 packages with either "delivery status not updated" or "business closed".

What's the recent experience with processing times?

Around 7 - 10 days for me

Standard 2-3 days. I assume you mean from when usps says dlvd to receiving an email from mmb?

This is why USPS sucks

Yeah man. Most take around 3-4 days but a few take up to 7-10 days.

The service they have provided for me over the past 16 months has been great.

But I do wish processing was done quicker.

And I really hope those 5 packages are not missing and it's just a case where the scan was skipped.

One of them contains a Jason Kidd Gold Prizm to complete my 15-16 Prizm rainbow.

I reckon send mmb the tracking numbers to confirm. Esp if USPS haven't updated.

All have been processed, so it was definitely not scanned on arrival.

My blood pressure can go back to normal for now ! lol.

You standards are really starting to drop. Cards are going missing, items received yet not showing up in my inventory and no response to open tickets????

Mallboxbox have gone from highly recommend and competitive to 2nd rate.
You have given excuses about moving but looks like no lessons have been learnt!!!!

Hi all, I signed up for an account and i really want to start to using them as it would save me alot of money, just wanted to know what is the best value for money shipping option when shipping cards and how many cards could i roughly get without going over the 4lbs.
