NEW ORLEANS — On Saturday afternoon, just hours before they delivered electrifying performances during NBA All-Star Saturday Night, star rookies Ben McLemore and Trey Burke first delivered equally impressive performances during visits to the Panini America booth inside the 2014 NBA All-Star Jam Session. And just hours after his scintillating MVP showing in the BBVA Compass Rising Stars Challenge Friday night, Detroit Pistons big man Andre Drummond dropped by the Panini America booth to produce a similarly spectacular showing for Panini America.

To be sure, those three players kept the Panini America booth rocking all day Saturday with appearances that added an undeniable electricity to the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. To say that the Panini America booth was the place to be Saturday is an understatement akin to calling John Wall’s winning dunk in Saturday night’s Sprite Slam Dunk Contest “just OK.”

Oh, and then there was Los Angeles Clippers superstar Blake Griffin dropping by the Panini America booth Saturday afternoon to help Panini VIPs and contest winners open a case of 2013-14 Gold Standard Basketball. (That special appearance, though, warrants its own must-see video and gallery that will debut on The Knight’s Lance tomorrow.) Today, we offer a captivating look back at the McLemore, Burke and Drummond appearances, complete with exclusive interviews and first looks at their freshly signed cards for 2013-14 Court Kings Basketball.

Enjoy the video and gallery that follow and stay tuned for continued coverage of Panini America at the 2014 NBA All-Star Jam Session featuring today’s appearances from rookie phenoms Michael Carter-Williams and Victor Oladipo.
