I was actually gonna have a go at this card. Graded Mint goes for around $40/$55 while Gem Mint versions go for $200/$250.

So I figure this will probaby go for $350/$400. Boy was I WRONG!

The highest bidder is a big time KG collector. (Damn I hate RICH people!)

I know. I've seen some BGS 9.5's (Half a mark away from pristine) go for $250.


So basically the person is paying $1100 extra for a Pristine. I personally can't tell the difference between a 9.5 and a 10.

But if I was a Rich ass dude I probably would bid on it too!

Don't feel too bad. I remember Kobe's Chrome RC's selling for $8 at my local sports shop and I didnt buy them!!! BV is now $200!

WOW....thats some big bucks. You either have to have no brain, or a tonne of money to spend that kind of money. Wish I had the money part.....lol
