Who's in contact with worldnetmall (a.k.a. r-b21)? Need to contact them as well

Quick question. I need a card from the guys over at worldnetmall (formerly know as r-b21). But, as I can't speak or read japanese, I'd like to ask if anyone of you has an email address where I can be sure that they answer me (in english).

From what I have heard they don't speak English (or at least don't answer the emails in English); your best bet it to get someone that does to contact them on your behalf.
