Well two out of the four of you seem to be Knicks fans if not just fans of players that have gone through NY. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I guess most people thought Nate would come through and need x amount of attempts per dunk but he got them down without wearing out the patience of the crowd and had a great performance aside from the dunk off Chandlers back, while it was legal I thought it was a weak attempt and the least spectacular of all dunks, including those that took more attempts. Could have done something better but it got him through at least and that's the main thing.

The underdog comes through in first place, good to see. :thumbsup:
 
That dunk by Nate using Chandler was effin scary...especially in slow motion. How in the world anyone allows someone else to get a running start and jump on your spine like that is beyond me.

But overall a disppointment of a dunk contest. Nate did his thing, at least this time he didn't need 20 attempts for a single dunk. But very litttle creativity and flair. Was a through letdown.
 
I think Dwight was lucky to be in the final 2, no way did both of his dunks deserve 50 each. Good on Nate though, Lex Luther really put on a show. LeBron in 2010!!!!!

I thought it was dangerous and taking it a little too far at the risk of serious injury. Wonder if the Knicks management knew about that, and if not what they thought about it. No prize for guessing.

The judges were actually questioning if it was against the rules, I'm surprised that it wasn't actually. Next they'll be allowed to use trampolines and other means of assistance.

Yeah this one I don't egree with either. The one where he used Howards shoulder as leverage was fine by me, he was well and truely soaring just got a little extra air time, the dunk off chandlers back is a different story altogether.

Difference was that he didn't use Howard's back to get airborne, he was already in the middle of the jump, where as the Chandler jump, he used him to get airborne.
